Beware before signing up with this company. After 5 years of doing business with Doctor Genius I decided to try another company since I wasn't getting the results I wanted. After 4 weeks of requesting my log-ins to register the domain, as of today (4 weeks later) they have not to provided me with that information. At first they sent a file with no information. Last Friday, they assured me they didn't have that information. After some investigation on my part, I found out they do have it. I talked to them today, and they said they would put a request (which is what they have said to me the last 4 weeks) to get this information. It takes 5 minutes to get that information and to send it to me. I still don't have it. Very disappointed with this company.

I've never seen a group of people sooooo unprofessional. Their sales team is comprised of the most aggressive, annoying, inconsiderate people. Once they find the phone number to your office / cell, they will bother you any chance they get. They simply don't understand NO!!!! I've turned them down more than 20 times and they keep reaching out with their annoying calls. For God sakes, have some decency and leave us alone, when we have clearly said NO to you!!!!! Their aggressive sales attitude is exactly why I've decide to take my business elsewhere. I suggest you do the same, before you're trapped with their sales team!

Coming from a Tech background before dental school, I have been searching for a good way to manage my dental web presence, including social media, and reputation. I have tried multiple things over the last 10 years, Yelp (was the worst!), Yext, Custom built web site with local web developer, Prosites, to name a few and have redone my dental office web site 4 times in 10 years with little success. When I talked to Doctor Genius I knew right away this was the technology and service I needed to market my dental practice and manage this presence. I signed up immediately. As a techy dentist I can tell you dentists are too busy and usually the office team can't possible manage the complexities of web marketing with the ever changing google algorithms and with the 100's of other web sites that track dentists and doctors. Doctor Genius has done a great of getting my web presence organized and done well which attracts plenty new patients. My consultant here in the SF Bay Area, Domenic Farnocchia recommended Doctor Genius after it worked for a couple other practices. I didnt think it was worth it and wouldnt have done it without Domenics direction but Ive come to realize that it is money well spent attracting new patients. So I dont spend my time finding programmers, SEO companies, worrying about new content, updating the style to adapt to mobile devices and whatever is new, etc. I can focus on higher level issues and someone else is pushing me on the first page of google for some of the search terms I asked for. As Domenic reminds me to focus on things I cant pay someone to do who especially does it better. I used to do a lot of computer programming and web design but Doctor Genius has done more that I would have ever thought to do. I recommended my colleagues to try them out, consider doing it.

OMG, I am so frustrated, I am actually on the phone with this representative ART, and he is stating that he cannot give me the login credentials for my own website, that I purchased the domain even before I got to experience their services. How is this such a difficult task? I do not know. All I know is that I did not want to give one star, I stated that I will have to considering that the transitioning out of their company has been so crazy, putting me on hold for no reason for long time, stating that the information cannot be transferred, etc. For the past seven months that I had services with them, I was advertised as if I am located in a different STATE across the nation. Unacceptable. And I still paid for their services. The marketing rep, Eddie and Chase was the only one reliable, caring enough to call me back on time. Other than that, forget about the services. Just run to another company. I am so disappointed in their services. By the way, this guy just hung up on me. I waited couple minutes, but they don't even bother to call back. I have ten doctors and numerous staff working for my office and we are all frustrated at this company.
